Guthrie Graves-Fitzsimmons

The Resistance Prays

As a gay Christian, I've found the lack of clarity around LGBTQ+ rights maddening. I understand while people are comfortable in the murky middle: avoidance and fear of the unknown. I believe Clarity's is invaluable for the Church because LGBTQ+ Christians and our allies deserve to know where churches stand. I pass by Southern Seminary every day and am glad to know where Al Mohler and friends stand: clearly opposed. I disagree wholeheartedly but appreciate the clarity. The wishy-washy moderates are who really get under my skin because they invite LGBTQ+ Christians into fellowship and then deny them full dignity and rights. I've been in churches like this and it's devastatingly sad. I pray for and fully support the work of Clarity!
