Its actively enforced policy cannot be found in its website's primary pages, but in a July 2018 sermon titled "Who We Are and What We're About," in which Pastor Jim Brummett states:
“Your faith has been under attack from a culture that demands we change our message. [...] Your doctrine has been under attack from a culture that doesn’t want to listen to the message and repent, doesn’t want to listen to the message that there really is sin. [...] We could go on and on and on how we have softened the terminology of certain sins. It’s not alternative lifestyle, it’s homosexuality and it’s still a stench in the nostrils of Almighty God—you see what I’m saying? You see how we attach a more politically correct term to something to make it more palatable, and the more we immerse to it the less offensive it becomes to us. But I will tell you it is still offensive to the eyes of God” (20:37-21:26).
In December 2018, Pastor Jim Brummett published a blog post that likewise implies a non-affirming position.
There is no actively enforced policy on its website, though there are no women with the title of pastor. Its denomination's policy permits, but does not require, the ordination of women.
