Verified Clear is the clearest score that a church can receive.

This survey is designed to allow authorized church representatives to proactively disclose their actively enforced policies. Survey answers will become available on the church's profile on ChurchClarity.org. Regardless of a church's answers to the questions, a church will receive a "Verified Clear" score as long as the survey is completed.

A "Verified Clear" score communicates that a church is willing to proactively deliver clarity to the public and represents a considerable step in establishing a new standard of clarity.

1. Start by creating a Verified Clear Profile.
2. From there, you will have the ability to fill out the Verified Clear survey on behalf of your church.
