Homosexuality and the Bible (Sermon by Daniel Fusco, July 2012) Listen starting at 4:29
"The biblical teaching on homosexuality is crystal clear. Everybody knows what the Bible says about homosexuality. it's just a matter of what they try and do with it. But...it's not in dispute in any way what the Bible teaches...When the Angels came down to see the the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah, the final act was the men of Sodom's desire to have sex with these angels were visiting and staying at lots of house. That's where the term "sodomy" comes
from, from Sodom. So it's there. Leviticus 18 specifically verse 22 says: "...you shall not lie with a male as with a woman it is an abomination". Now that word abomination literally means, it literally means something that is detestable or an action that is hated by God"
The lead pastor has an article detailing homosexuality as a sin on his personal ministry website.
The Apologetics of Homosexuality
"Because of this, I believe, and the Bible clearly teaches, that
homosexuality is an action that is in rebellion to the plans and
purposes of God. In other words, it misses the mark of God’s view of
perfection and it is properly termed a sin.
